A logically creative approach to branding and marketing your business.

Socks First, Then Shoes... Before launching into the creative aspects of your marketing, advertising and branding efforts, we'll work with you to drill down to the core of:

  • who you are,
  • what your goals, timeline and budget considerations are,
  • who your clients, prospects and competitors are,
  • where you fit in the competitive landscape, and
  • what your audience expects from you.

Only when we have an understanding of these things will we begin to tailor a solution to help you achieve your goals. Taking this first step ensures that you'll deliver the right message to the right people, in the right place and time, using the right channel and method. The outcome: market growth, loyal clients and employees, and naturally, success.

No Mystery About Your Investment... Many creative, advertising and marketing agencies will bid projects based on a range, from $X to $X. You never know what the final cost will be. As a small business, this approach just doesn't work. You need to know what your investment in the project will be going in so you can budget accordingly and make informed decisions. LeftBrainRightBrain Marketing works hard to understand the scope of projects we work on so we can confidently present a fixed bid so you know the cost before the project begins. As long as we stay within the scope of work presented in the bid, that's what your investment will be.

LeftBrainRightBrain also offers the Marketing 1-2-3™ Program, which is a retainer based approach that allows you to allocate your marketing investment over a longer period of time. With this approach you'll know your monthly marketing budget, have the confidence that comes from having a big picture strategy in place and can focus on running your business because your marketing department (LeftBrainRightBrain) is in place. See the Marketing 1-2-3 page for more details.

Billing For most projects we will bill in 1/2 or 1/3 installments based on milestones or 30 day increments, whichever occurs first. For new clients, we will present an invoice at the kickoff of our first project, which will be due on receipt. After that, and for established clients our billing terms are net 15. To reduce the volume of paper, invoices are usually submitted via email in a PDF attachment, unless we are meeting in person. For Marketing 1-2-3 clients, invoices are sent via email on the 1st of each month throughout the agreement term.

Drew gently but firmly guided me through what I considered the painful process of analyzing and restrategizing my company's position in the marketplace. He designed and executed a competitive research project for a very reasonable price, enabling me to understand where I stood compared to my competition. He devised a new slogan and positioning statement, and brought new life into my website with a total overhaul, all without breaking the bank. Thanks a million, Drew!
